This website is operated by PRIMELOOX LLC under the commercial name Velmy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Velmy.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by applicable law.

Prices, product availability, promotions and website content may be modified, updated or discontinued. Changes will not affect orders already accepted where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have the consent of a legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. PRODUCT USE AND INTENDED PURPOSE

Velmy products are intended for cosmetic nail care and application as described on the relevant product page.

Customers must review and follow the instructions, ingredient information, warnings and compatibility requirements provided with each product.

Nail polish and gel products must be applied only as directed. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and surrounding skin. Do not apply products to damaged nails or irritated skin.

Keep products out of reach of children. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.

Velmy is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification or failure to follow the instructions provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

4. CURING DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES

Curing devices must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied, including the recommended exposure times and compatible nail products.

Do not look directly into the curing light. Avoid unnecessary exposure and follow all supplied safety warnings.

Do not use a device that is damaged or malfunctioning. Keep electrical components away from water and use only compatible charging equipment as specified in the instructions.

5. PRODUCT EXPERIENCE AND EXPECTATIONS

Results may vary depending on nail condition, preparation, application technique, layer thickness, curing conditions and aftercare.

Any examples of colour, shine, finish, application time or wear duration describe the product experience and do not guarantee identical results for every customer.

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, not as described or does not conform to the contract.

6. PACKAGING AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

Packaging and labeling may be updated between manufacturing batches. Any changes must not materially alter the essential characteristics, quantity, safety or advertised functionality of the product.

7. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase, delivery and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Velmy does not store complete payment card details.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing, estimated delivery times and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits your delivery rights under applicable consumer law.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law.

For change-of-mind returns, nail polish pens and applicators must be new, unused and in their original condition, with their original packaging and included accessories. The brush must not have been used to apply polish or come into contact with nails or skin.

Where permitted by applicable law, sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after their hygiene seal has been broken.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.

These conditions do not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or nonconforming products, including faults discovered during normal use.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velmy and PRIMELOOX LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from improper use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, including liability relating to defective products or mandatory consumer protections.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, including text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to Velmy / PRIMELOOX LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or commercial use is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections under applicable local law.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

Updated versions will be published on this page. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to orders already accepted or rights relating to completed purchases where prohibited by applicable law.
